Center of Cultural Heritage and Modern Creation (formerly Tsalapatas bricklayer), Volos

An indicative project for the exploitation of real estate in which we have been involved, is the development of the former Tsalapatas Bricklayer in Volos and its transformation into an area that combines the museum activity (the Bricklayer Museum) with the Commercial - Entertaining - Cultural uses.

The former Chalapatas bricklayer is an important example of a rescued industrial complex of its type at European level.

It was the first Public Private Partnership (PPP) model in Central Greece.
